• Duration: 18-month mentorship and training program.
• Format: Hybrid engagement model.
• Monthly In-Person Sessions: Deep-dive workshops every 3rd Saturday.
• Ongoing Mentorship: Continuous guidance and challenge tasks.
• Outcome: Leadwell Scholar Badge + induction into LSN.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: 16–40 years old.
• Resident or able to commute to Greater Accra, Ashanti, or Cape Coast.
• Proficient in English.
• Clear desire to grow as an ethical leader.
• Smartphone with data access.
• Commitment to full 18-month schedule.
