Eligibility Requirements
- Age: 16–40 years old.
- Resident or able to commute to Greater Accra, Ashanti, or Cape Coast.
- Proficient in English.
- Clear desire to grow as an ethical leader.
- Smartphone with data access.
- Commitment to full 18-month schedule.
